We all know our time is precious and limited. We get the fact that once this hour is gone, we can never get it back.

Still, most of us suck at managing our time.

Here are 5 Tips to help you manage your time better.

1. Determine what you contribute to the business that adds the most value and do that. (Remember 80% of your results come from 20% of your activity.)

2. Delegate or automate the things that stop you from doing your most important task.

4. Touch things once. (Stop shuffling stuff. Make a decision and move on.)

5. Carry a notebook. (write ideas, problems, solutions, dates, down immediately.)
