7 Strategies for Dealing with Self Doubt.

Although, you might not be able to tell by watching your favorite YouTube celebrity, everyone has bad days.


Days we doubt ourselves, days we fail, and days when we have little to show for all our hard work.


So, the next time you find yourself struggling with self doubts and anxieties implement one or all these strategies.


1. Embrace your feelings.

Negative feelings are part of being human. It's helpful to acknowledge you are feeling crappy. Just don't live there.


2. Acknowledge these feelings are temporary.

You aren't going to experience this forever.


3. Get some sleep.

Being exhausted is not a badge of honor! Take care of your body.


4. Exercise.

Get moving. Get your heart rate up. It's amazing how much creativity flows during a brisk walk.


5. Unplug.

Develop a routine of unplugging. It's a cleanse for your head.


6. Change up the routine.

When battling negative feelings. Change things up. Take a day trip. Visit friends. Do something creative.


Before long, you will look at things in a different light and be ready to take on the world.
