Today is the day after the Superbowl and Valentine's Day. I hope your team won and that you realize you are loved! Here are the five things I learned this week.

1. Pets show us so much love and according to a 2020 report there were 63.4 million dog-households and 42.7 million cat-households in the United States. Most popular dog name? Bailey. Most popular cat name? Luna.

2. Implementing one change into your business or life is better than a notebook full of terrific ideas.

3. "Get good at it." I once told a mentor that I wasn't good at remembering people's names. He looked me in the eye and said, "Get good at it!"

4. I've finally realized that I'm mentally tired. Not the tired a weekend trip will fix.

5. This year's Superbowl halftime show has shown a new generation just how ganster their parents are. (Instagram meme)
